Pac-Man Yellow Ghost Pellet - Balancing the Tables

When Pac-Man eats the Ghost Pellet, the ghosts turn into see through ghosts and cant hurt Pac-Man.  Nor can Pac-Man hurt the Ghosts. And Pac-Man can pass through the ghosts.
