تكوّنت الخلية الأولى للنبي العظيم للإسلام، "أمير اليتامى"، حوالي عام 549 ميلادي  

 

آمنة بنت وهب

 Āmina bint Wahb, c. 549–577 was the mother of the Islamic prophet Muhammad. She belonged to the Banu Zuhra tribe. 

 Reason being the first cell of Mohammed was created within the womb of his maternal grandmother: Barrah bint Abd al-Uzza (برة بنت عبد العزى) ibn Uthman ibn Abd-al-Dar ibn Qusai ibn Kilab (of the Banu Abd ad-Dar), was the maternal grandmother of Islamic prophet Muhammad.  

 The first cell of a human to form is not the sperm, but rather the egg.  Consequently the first cell of Muhammad came into existence around the year 549.   Although Muhammed was born 570, Mohammed's first cell was patiently waiting for his full arrival within his mother Amina Bint Wahb for 21 years, and was in cellular contact with his maternal grandmother, Barrah bint Abd al-Uzza for 6 or 7 months in the year c. 548/549.

كانت آمنة بنت وهب (التي عاشت في الفترة ما بين عامي 549 و577 تقريباً) والدة النبي محمد؛ وقد انتمت إلى قبيلة بني زهرة.

ويعود السبب في ذلك إلى أن الخلية الأولى لمحمد قد تشكلت في رحم جدته لأمه، "برة بنت عبد العزى بن عثمان بن عبد الدار بن قصي بن كلاب" (من بني عبد الدار).

إن أول خلية تتكون لدى الإنسان ليست الحيوان المنوي، بل البويضة؛ وعليه، فإن الخلية الأولى لمحمد قد وُجدت في حدود عام 549. ورغم أن ولادة محمد كانت في عام 570، إلا أن خليته الأولى ظلت تنتظر بصبرٍ اكتمالَ مجيئه داخل جسد والدته آمنة بنت وهب طوال 21 عاماً، كما كانت في تواصل خلوي مع جدته لأمه، برة بنت عبد العزى، لمدة 6 أو 7 أشهر في الفترة ما بين عامي 548 و549 تقريباً.
