Snoop Dogg as Willy Wonka Reboot by 2022?

A reboot of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory is possible if Snoop Dogg stars as Willy Wonka.  The cast must be unknowns.  The music must range from Jazz, Motown to Old School Hip Hop only.  The kids all be brats except for Charlie of course.   This ethnic swap, should maintain the genders of persons.  Likewise the types of 'problem' children should not follow the original or reboot of 2005.   But rather the problems of modern day children.

Nothing will replace the original, but if done right with the right talent, this could become an awesome movie.  That does not try to pay homage, but takes the basic framework and tell the story with good beats and child rearing problems faced by American families.
