New Moon vs Old Moon & Full Moon vs Empty Moon
Did you ever get confused by the terms New Moon and Full Moon as child?
It is because its a non-logical opposite comparison. The natural opposite of Full Moon is Empty Moon, likewise the natural opposite of New Moon is Old Moon.
For various cultural reasons, logic does not rule.
