The New Age Planetary Ruler for Virgo - Ceres
The new age planetary ruler for Virgo is the Dwarf Planet Ceres. Since each sign of the Zodiac should get its own ruling heavenly body. Thus only Gemini remains with Mercury and dose not have to share with Virgo anymore.
