Molecules get Rejuiced! Not Reduced

When atoms gain electrons we say they are reduced?  Like really?  Reduced conveys less, but in reality they gain?  Expanded would have been a better choice.  Instead just think REJUICED!  They got a little extra eletron juice, as they are juiced up.

    I'm still upset from schooldays when being told the electrical positive is negative and vice versa. So conventional current plain goes the wrong way.
